General Positions
Water Restoration Technician
You will learn and perform a variety of new skills, including equipment set-up, demolition of building materials, pack up and put back the personal property of customers’ homes affected by water or fire damage.

Assistant Crew Chief
You will take the knowledge you have learned as a water technician and begin to manage your own jobs. This position is a steppingstone to becoming a Project Manager. You will have the opportunity to shadow Project Managers and master your trade. You will be responsible for all Water Technician duties in addition to taking on and managing your own jobs.

Crew Chief
You will be managing emergency water damage projects and responsible for maximizing profitability and delivering excellent customer satisfaction. This includes setting up appropriate equipment and perform demolition of building materials affected by water and fire damage, pack out contents and personal property of customers’ homes, complete paperwork for all jobs and make notes on work performed, on call rotation for nights and weekends required, must be flexible with schedule and willing to work longer hours during busy seasons.

Dispatcher
You will be providing excellent customer service to our customers with every phone call you take. Your primary responsibilities will be answering the phone, dispatching jobs to the production team, assisting other team members with administrative tasks, creating invoices and billing clients as well as learning the disaster restoration business.

Specialty Positions
Sales Professional
You will be the first point of contact for homeowners in their emergency situations. You will respond to emergency water damage losses and initiate the restoration work, seamlessly transition homeowners to the production team while ensuring all inbound leads are responded to.

Account Executive - Plumbers
You will be the primary point of contact building long-term relationships, you will build trust with our referral partners, deliver excellent customer service to all of our partners, ensure that our partner relationships remain strong and communicate to leadership regarding growth within in your division.
